Yes, Alec wanted Magnus, but he didn't want the consequences of being with an incubus. Magnus was dangerous. He'd probably kill Alec in one wild night of passion. It sounded amusing but Alec really didn't want that to be the way he died if he died in bed. Anyway, he was just food to Magnus, not a person and that thought always made him pull away mentally from the demon. Too many people didn't bother to see Alec as more than just the eldest Lightwood or Izzy, Jace, and Max's sibling. He wasn't going to let his first time be with someone who probably considered him a meal.

For a moment he was distracted by the show Magnus was putting on, then he realized it was a show and rolled his eyes. "Cuddling will result in me being an entree." Which he would put off as long as possible. "Isn't there something else you'd want to do? You've been stuck in my apartment and wherever you were before I accidentally summoned you.
